Diet-- telomeres at the end of DNA also an important factor in determining how our ageing process is going. the longer the telomeres the better ani annaru how do you get that right by plant based diets anta. we as Indians moving more towards animal based diet whereas ppl in west moving to plant based diet; balance is the key here. between animal and plant based diet.

They are on the rise in US too but some say it's because of covid others say vaccines. Could be both
