Hurray sp500 almost 5000.

Can we trust this rally. Many tech companies p/e more than 40.

 

Generally they say P/e should be around 18  for low growth company and around 25 to 30 for a high growth company. But current stock valuations defies all logic in this high interest rate environment?

Bhayya layoffs only in IT but still some hiring going on. Out of 300k+ jobs, 70000 jobs added last month in professional services. Some of them could be IT. I believe people are confident that Fed will cut interest rates if economy gets bad.
