If you observe, The world as a whole is moving towards the right.. agree or not, autocratic rulers with nationalist tendencies will rule the world for the next 50 years or so.. Trump, Xi, Erdogan, Putin, Modi, etc etc etc… leaders will become more and more right wing.. 

The media, which has open access to the govt, govt secrets will be cut off completely and will become powerless..
