I need your help brothers I have some questions please help me 

Can I work 2 full times - at different locations  

pay rate is both for same 135 k which one I should choose federal or 3mm

for support can I am planning  to use dws service & webex ? They are using zoom

please help me  what I should decide

Do not do 2 jobs. Go for Federal. good benefits and basically no work pressure. You will have a lot of spare time which you can utilize for other businesses, etc. 

Don't take risk and do 2 jobs.
