But modi has not done much for the south. He only cares for his vote bank and for the northern states. I wish he tries not to be a politician but more like a leader for the whole country and do something for south as well.

He is saying if your leg is hurt, will you eye stop crying because it didn't get hurt? Every organ is part of the body like every state is part of the country.
