Can a employer(assuming he is willing to) in US for whom I don't work for currently initiate GC process(PWD, Perm and 140) so in future when my date become current I can join him to file my I485?

 I already have 140 approved from past employer who is not responding. So planning to have it done by someone I know and move to him in future.

what is your job title

how long u worked for the emplyer 

do you get your salary on time
