Will he have two places to switch to file his 485? @csrcsr Yes one of my friend did it and got gc, little diff scenario he joined full time during 2020 , new company perm was still in process , he had good relation with old employer who had his 140 still active and nit withd rawn,, he was able to file the 485 with old employer and got gc 1 Quote
