If you are going with those places, it means that you are betting on TRS to win after 5years. 

Those places never made sense. I know your reason, but Investor vi. Just think about it. 20min difference lo within the same city 20:1 ratio plots ante, makes sense aa? Think logically.

Tellapur is labor and polluted.

Not a fan of Moinabad.

Rajendra Nagar is too pumped and not peaceful.

Exactly. It is better to go more South. Srisailam and Sagar roads. Chala ventures and protected green living areas vunnayi.

My intention is not from an investment perspective. Of course appreciation will be good. More from a livability perspective. I liked moinabad farm house concept for the simple fact you can rent it out for events/etc and use it when you visit. Also prices are much cheaper. 

To be frank I have not much idea on the newer hyd. I will look at Srisailam road. Any projects you are aware of?

Chala vastunnayani vinnanu. KLR Vortex. Bridge Epsilon. Xora City. KLR Akber farms if you want both sports and Dhee/Jabardast. Verevi kavalante kanukkuni chepta. These are closer to airport and makes sense for clean living. Easy accessible to the financial district as well (~25min).

No. Nris can not buy agriculture lands. FEMA law. 
registration office people does but when you sell you will face all kind of issues

2 crores tho villa loan theesukuntunnara or cash. Antha dabbu petti enduku aa low quality houses kontunnaru. India lo unnavallu mee NRIs valle rates penchutunnaru antunnaru. Why r u guys buying when it is super inflated. Do not encourage these builders.
