Max budget -1000$ I bought one recently in walmart. around $350. It has incline levels of 12 and runs well. drawbacks are that the handles are lower. Got used to it in a couple of days. But comfort is no way same as what you find in Gyms. Looks like the price is reduced to 289 now. https://www.walmart.com/ip/MaxKare-Treadmill-with-Auto-Incline-Folding-Treadmill-12-Incline-2-5-Horse-Power-15-Preset-for-Home-Use-8-5-mph-Range/891166891?athbdg=L1600&from=/search The one in costco is $1000. Its very good. Sometimes you get good ones in Facebook Market place or craigslist. Test it before you buy Quote
