An investor that last year bought thousands of new houses from Texas homebuilder D.R. Horton has raised $1 billion to make more rental home buys. New York-based Pretium Partners last summer bought 4,000 rental homes from Horton located in multiple U.S. markets.2

Trump gave away tax benefits to rich ..in billions ..they all went one direction to invest that money Instead of creating new jobs ..they multiplied their wealth hitting pocket on middle class

Add PPP loans and the money that was distributed in the name of Operation Warp Speed
