Canada PR is not very easy to begin with. Age and IELTS scores are big barrier for many. Then you don't get special treatment for working in US and will treated at par with those that are applying from India and ROW. Another thing, CDN salaries are on average 30-40% lower than US ones. But in his case, he paid a lot more just to say in USD tuition fee of about atleast $80k-100k, which could have been savings otherwise.

@kevinUsa gadi frnd ante almost oka 10yrs ago ne US ochchi vuntadu; 

Masters + OPT ante 2+3= 5yrs; then after that 3rd masters ante he could have easily immigrated ani anna. 

say for someone who struggled with H1B during 2016-2019; it could have been easy for them to immigrate to canada as PR than being stuck in the rut coz those years CRS score was easily achievable, and processing was faster with IRCC; post pandemic it changed lot of dynamics though.

CRS scores have come down only in pandemic period, that's all. Take it from someone who moved to Canada in 2016, in mid 20's as a single guy, i maxed out at 475, almost top bands in IELTS (9,8,8,7), full scores for education and experience. That's the best you can do if you don't have any provincial nomination which gives you 600 points and local experience which gives you more points. If you are not that and don't have provincial nomination, it's hard to move to Canada looking the scores of >500. Mostly those that studied and are working in Canada are having advantage in the current scenario.

2015 MS antey ...After thier MS they have 3 years OPT/OPT extension kalipi bro. 

Madhyalo break theesukoni CPT kooda chesukovachchu . It all depends. 

But to be here more than that , they have to be enroll again as a student ..
