Someone explain the logic behind Raithu Bandhu scam

India has a Golden opportunity to take away manufacturing from China. Setup Industries and Manufacturing Assembly lines in states like UP, BIHAR, etc. Grab the opportunity. Setup manufacturing units. 

I hope Modi grabs this opportunity.

Even BJP engages in populist schemes. They have to win elections.

This scheme doesn't even benefit the poorest people. Its more of a bhuswamulu welfare scheme.

Of course all political parties follow this. Should be banned by Supreme Court for all political parties. They are stopping the growth of the country.
