3 of my common Friends housewarming this week 2 in dallas suburbs 1 in Virginia (not northern) .

1 guy's wife started working last April. (She does not have a degree either, learning from youtube videos)

House equity, recession , interest rate ,  kids day care, h1b extension ita sollu chepukoni pothey last ki same apartment lo raoches kill cheyadaniki yedhi better ani threads yesukovali. 

I am not saying to buy the house but people are somehow making it happen. 

Do not believe what you hear, please do some research. and proceed. Do not take sonu words serious , try to explore options .

If you are against home ownership it is ok atleast invest in stocks or lands in India. 

Out of the 3 guys no is super talented all are doing normal good jobs.

It's easy to buy a mortgage , and it's difficult to get rid of one. Each to his own though.

as long as these kind of people getting jobs means there is plenty of money circulating in the system. Housing market doesnt get FASAK. 

NASDAQ 15600 - has created 10 trillions in the system. No worries for the liquidity.. Enjoy the flow..

Newly married or young kids couple have time to clwsr mortgage b4 kids go to college. Plenty of time to earn and save.
