So you are purchasing a home double it's costs now..if construction resumes to normal pace..your home value drops to half and equity raadu

Correct but last 3-4 yrs nunchi waiting and future also does not look good. Home prices will not go back to precovid era, so if you buy and hold it will be positive in the end. Wait cheyyagaligite fine but young kids unte, life cant wait.

It is nolonger about price..it is about buying new homes with required upgrades..even with inflated prices they r not providing the buyer the upgrades and features they need..they are asking buyers to upgrade on their own..which costs another 100k..absolute joke

Agree bro but market is like that. People are buying irrespective of anything. 
Every decent house has 100’s of saves in zillow within a day.

House equity, recession , interest rate ,  kids day care, h1b extension ita sollu chepukoni pothey last ki same apartment lo raoches kill cheyadaniki yedhi better ani threads yesukovali. 

I am not saying to buy the house but people are somehow making it happen. 

Do not believe what you hear, please do some research. and proceed. Do not take sonu words serious , try to explore options .

If you are against home ownership it is ok atleast invest in stocks or lands in India. 

Out of the 3 guys no is super talented all are doing normal good jobs.
