it all depends bro. GC untey atleast 6 months undali USA lo unless if you fill up a form in advance. 

Citixenship theesukuntey ....you have to careful declaring your assets and income ( anywhereint he world) and pay the fair amount of taxes on your world wide income. 

If you sell your ancestral property lots of documentation and taxes to paid if you want to get them over here legally . if not you have to do hawala stuff to transfer money..

is it assets or income ? what will be the impact of non movable property...just showing or paying taxes .. i know if we get income then you need to pay taxes that now also..  maha antey 1L/month that equals to $1k that you need to pay if you have rental property here as well

You are not supposed to own agricultural land if  you are not a citizen of india. 

I dont know how it works for inheritance from  you( natuaralized citizens)  to your US born children going forward.
