1.Right click on the pic to u want to post and select the copy image url option...sometimes it may not work...then u have to download the pic and upload it in [url=http://www.tinypic.com]www.tinypic.com[/url]
2.Paste the link in the post.
3.Select the link in the post and click on the image tag on the top of the smileys...below the italic and beside the flash options.
4.Preview it once before posting.
same to the gifs also...

videos...
