Friend selling home that purchased in 2022

H1b .. lost job .. did 90k worth of upgrades.. returning back..  Dallas 

Good news ..he is still in sellers market.. he is selling for 800k..pu4chased at 820,000

He will only lose 90 k ..

Question is the purchasing parties are mostly h1b young couples.. who will never get gc in next 15 years ..  

So pretty much the cycle repeats
