2022 Q4 and 2023 Q1 most NASDAQ stocks were all time lows. META, GOOG, AMZN were 80+ and NVDA was 100. See where they are now. 

But people wait for even lower prices and missed the boat. Its not easy to overcome fear and make money. Financial experts do make money as its not their money  and need to justify their fat paychecks and bonuses.
