Hole Auto Industry regulations worldwide are a scam bro, evadiki(countries n their govt funding corps) ki edi nachithe adhe. . 

India lo passenger vehicles kakunda, private cars lo Diesel cars production/sales meeda restrictions, companies forced to go for all Petrol, Hybrid or fully EV. edho BSVI standard, BS stands for some Bharat Stage or BS. . . 

US lo annual vehicle emission testing and certification rules/regulations unna states lo Diesels are exempted anta. . . but all gas cars older than 2 year after first registration/title require annual emission testing and passing anta. .

byd is in talks with mexico to establish a plant there. they may still face a lot of hurdles before have any chance of  exporting to usa.

most likely US govt. won't allow chinese cars.   the existing manufacturers gm/ford etc. including tesla will lobby against it as they cannot compete with them.
