couple of weeks okadu managed to get a job.....

nenu na manager used to take the interviews.... this guy was interviewed(nenu off unde couple of days) na manger teeskunadu final round(before techincal round vendor nenu chesesna pushing through for contracting intially 6 months tarvata bagunte extend or full time offer cheddam ani manager decided)...... he somehow managed my manager with lip sync (recorded unde nenu tarvata chusna interview mottam) , contract released background check aiponanka babu first day formalities nenu half day lo finish chesna project gurinchi cheptara ani ante.... nenu first day ne kada mottam training sarigga finish chey repu chuddam no tondara ani anna..... second day nenu oka call schedule chesna to just talk and give an overview what is what voice obviously different unde (benefit of doubt tho vadilesna) aaroju without any questions he managed my call..... third day started the actual thing oka work ista chestava ani...... minimum navigation kuda telvadu by the way this is azure/ci/cd/development cum networking lift and shif applications still gave benefit of doubt on third day.... fourth day  i asked directly the questions asked in the interview inka telsipoindi he lied through the interview ani..... manager vendor gadni eskoni candidate ki ram ram ani cheppi .... manager skip also heard some similar story with his another direct reportee where one candidate did this.... inka aa vendor gadni blacklisted
