I did not understand the pricing .. Even though they mentioned 19k/Sq.ft I think its for SQ yard based on the calculations. So they build a house of 1440 Sq. FT with in the same price?

Yes. Basically miyapur chandanagar area full traffic aipoindhi and moreover prices are like 3 cr for a normal house  … so konchem away place choosthunnam

For now it’s just land price . For house price 35 L quote chesaru ( basic house without upgrades )
