But problem is you cannot skip edi takutatado manake teliyadu , my friend was saying 95% people don't even respond back , some are having initiaial screening with india teams ,

Also majority of these vendors are piling the resumes and in the end they say we submitted only two resumes. Basically they are submitting resumes with high cut margin
