CD lo pettu oka 40 k…5% minimum interest vasthadi...you can take it out if you really need it without any penalty. Migitha 10 k high yield savings account lo pettu

leave it in a high interest savings account or NO Penalty CD so that you can access it anytime.

CD vs HYSA difference enti? other than interest rate...like emergency funds withdraw cheyyocha without any fee/penalty ?

Capital one or any local credit unions which give around 4 to 5%. Check penalty rules..most of them won’t have any penalty..you will just lose the interest in the worst case.

CD ki penalty untadi and time frame untadi enni days unchali ani, where as HYSA ki limits em undav

anything less than 5 years , go for tbonds , CDs or money market funds
