H4 and h4 EAD pending I-94 expired

Application is pending with USCIS for h4 and EAD is pending .I-94 expiring today. Will the 180 days automatic extension applied in this case ? Can the applicant work ?

h4 and EAD both are pending I-94 expiring 02/20/24,but EAD is valid till 04/04/2024 . Can I continue to work till my EAD expires or should stop working

oh e case teliyadu bro I think you need to have valid i94 but not 100% sure @akkum_bakkum @appaji_pesarattu annalu might know

Extension already file chesa bro before expiry.

Last time  port of entry lo I-94 02/20/24 varaku itchadu EAD valid til 04/04/24.

Attorney gadu you can continue till 04/04/24 ,if still pending after 04/04 then you need to stop until approved

You can continue working til ead validity, after that inka pending vunte unauthorized employment aiddi.

In this case, you cannot work beyond the expiry of I-94 even though you have EAD valid. It’s worth to take attorney advice.

Unfortunately it is what it is..!! H1b la extension of validity and extension of status simultaneously avutadi where as in H4 EAD, status is different from work authorization, it is dependent on H4 Status.

H4 and h4 EAD both are   valid till 04/04/24 & i-94 is 02/20/2024 . In this case ??
