few years back…we were started using coconut oil for one year (after hearing some famous diet plan by some guy in telugu media…don’t remember his name)

but my PCP (also telugu guy)….highly discouraged that…ask us to stop using coconut oil for daily….use normal oil (vegetable oil) which our bodies are used to it since beginning…

so since then…for salads and baking..etc olive oil…rest of the indian dishes vegetable oil…

Vegetable oil is artificially made worst of all. canola oil also. Best is peanut oil or coconut or avacado olive oil for salads

Olive oil is a popular desire for cooking particularly in Mediterranean delicacies. It is wealthy in monounsaturated fat and antioxidants making it appropriate for the coronary heart. Olive oil is good for sautéing roasting and roasting. How to choose the best olive oil for cooking is a long-resolved question for me. A healthy supply of monounsaturated fat, olive oil is remarkable for low to medium heat cooking. Extra virgin olive oil is excellent for bloodless makes use of which include salad dressings or as a finishing oil.
