Did "60 day Interest Rate" Lock for Home Mortgage yesterday

Valid until April 20, 2024. Picked the option that needed less cash to close(bought min required base points). Although it meant a bit higher interest rate, it eased up about $3500 cash in hand). 

Float down(if at all rates go down) not allowed for people initiating mortgage after Dec 31, 2023 anta.
