What is EB-2 NIW? Is this different from EB-2?

No perm direct 140 also in some cases if  you have advanced degree , papers, recognition you can skip employer toooo

But your pd and waiting time will be same as regular eb2

if you have publications( Some min. no.of published ayyi undali) then you don't need an employer to file Eb2NIW. You can file self and standline in EB2 line

It was meant for publications, research unna valaki. But nowadays lot of mana software/developer tejams also getting it. 

Advantage- You dont need employer for GC process. Lets say you go to india/canada/australia after your I-140 EB2 NIW is approved and date becomes current after 10-15 years then just go to US Consulate in that country and get Green Card. 

Ade regular EB2 aiyte you need to have job when the date becomes current to file I-485. But priority date line is still same for India EB2 and India EB2-NIW. 10-15 years taravata amerika aiyte enti anakapalli aiyte enti.
