Anta scene ledu, they will come out on bail and hire a lawyer. These kind of cases can't be proved in court because they are just vengeance cases. After a few hearings the girl's side gives up because of all the hassles in attending the court and paying the lawyers..

One of my friends was sued like this. Aa amayi manchiga tirigi vaadito, vaadi deggara oka 15 Lakhs 10gi vaadu pasial ivvatam aapagaane vaadi meeda case vesindi..  Case tiyyalante she demanded another 25 Lakhs.. He got anticipatory bail and hired a lawyer. oka 2 to 3 hearings tarvata the girl and her lawyer stopped showing up to he hearings.. The case got dismissed..
