Love thai food. We make it regularly at home and sometimes get from thai restaurant.

Favs - Basil chicken fried rice, Pad Kee Mao, Green/Red curries.

We made Green Curry paste and deep freeze it. You can make into cubes and refridgerate it as well. One time work and you can use it for more than a year. Tastes yumm. We made it based on the video below.

Alternatively you can buy Green curry or red curry paste from 99 Ranch or someother asian store.
