The worst part is these days .. when you call banks, for some transactions or information, they need to access our account. In that case they will send a code to our phone which we need to share with them. It contradicts their own policy to not share One time passcode with anyone. 

I have same experience with MerrillLynch and a couple of other banks. They should re-look at their practices or come up with something better.
