south west lo chudu bro.. lake travis isd and dripping springs isd (#2 best in Austin). It will be expensive for sure mostly but you can find here and there. Leander ISD is huge and not all communities have good schools if that is your priority. Ma friends o egesukuni bought in leander ISD with bad school ratings so beware.

Milestone is subpar builder. Coventry is very good but they are not cheap. Inka Toll gurinchi cheppedi em ledu they are good and they won't be cheap unless you buy in LibertyHill (somewhat cheap in whole austin)

Previous milestone owner here. very low quality. 

Coventry is good but their prices are crazy especially if you are looking for bigger houses. 

Travisso is good for bigger houses but too far from everything. Look at Bluffview reserve. New Community by GFO homes. Its new community so prices are reasonable.
