but you have the right to ask for trail in the immigration court. you need a lawyer to defend you then.

with an approved reentry permit ( I131 ) you can stay abroad, up to 2 years at a stretch.. it would help, if you have a permanent address in the US, Utility Bills, etc.. and also keep filing the taxes ( even if the income is zero )...

Anna 131 is advamce parole, was underr the understanding it is only applicable if your 485 is pending once 485 is approved its done 131 is no longer relevant I guess
