Land is always gold. Prices may be stagnant for sometime, but finding land that you like is tough. So when you get a chance, buy. I would say go for it. As long as you give 5-10 yrs time, it will appreciate well.

Agri land is always good if you have interest in farming , investment may not be a good idea except your parents live there

When parents in Hyderabad they won’t travel suskovale kad epudana poyi. HYd nundi 1-2 hours la undale anukunta. 

Few acres of land with in 80kms of Hyderabad will be a great asset,as a back up. At the moment, mukku mokam telvani kada konte risk. 

May be 10-15 years down the road, properties will be more secure and title will be guaranteed but apativaraku handle chesukovalsinde…

Appreciate kante , land protect cheyadam mokyam. If there is no one to look after the land or parents too old to manage, then pakka polam vadu, easy ga gatlu jaruputhadu. Even worst local politician gadu MRO tho kumaku ayi, aa darani portal lo mana peru thesesi vadi peru rasukuntadu. Happening a lot with NRI’s agricultural lands. polam NRI’s ani telusthe chalu, valipotharu kontha mandi yadavalu.

agricultural land peak rates peak reach ayindi bro TG lo, oka 2-3 years varaku peddaga rates increase avvav , after that again it will increase.  Jangaon is good area to buy. future lo rrr ki very near untadi jangaon. ekadyna konu kani pakka road daggara konu

Agree. Buy agri lands if you live in India or someone can safeguard them.
