Mid 30's , going 5 / 6 days per week the best part about this group workouts is you don't have to plan anything .. just show up and do what they say For diet , less carbs , more protein is the mantra..that's it .. no strict / crash diets required .. stick to basics . don't have to put yourself in lot of pain by crash / interminnet diets / skipping meals .. follow this and it will be enjoyable experience for sure Also , rest and sleep well 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Used to workout a lot in gym but neck/shoulder issues..So stopped. I do threadmill now with 12% incline and 3.6 speed for 30 mins ... 4-5 days a week ... working out well and makes me sweat a lot. All are good..but still maybe because of family, kids and responsibilities… played cricket in summer adhi kuda flop ee no ferformance… simply sitting, eating, working, family&kids, grocery shopping, internet reels and shorts surfing, movies meda kuda interest poyindi… apudapudu walking and stretching… man I want to get out of this.
