first…we need to know difference between motivation vs consistence….

dont do things with motivation…its like stock market charts…ups and downs….  motivation vunte workout lekapothe no workout…

instead try out the consistency….

wake up early (before sunrise)…so you  will get one hour additional daylight…while most of the people still sleeping….

now how to consume that one hour …go to park or beach….do normal walk 30 mins…early sunrise recycles your body day cycle metabolic cycle and fresh air…

do this for one month…so your body ready for good workout…and it becomes your consistent hobby….

on top of this.

product(out come) and process.

To prevent procrastination you want to avoid concentrating on product.
Instead, your attention should be on building processes.
Processes relate to simple habits, habits that coincidentally allow you
to do the unpleasant tasks that need to be done.
For example, lets say you don't like doing homework in a particular class.
So you put off working on the homework.
It's only five questions you think.
How hard could that be?
Deep down, you realize that answering these
five questions could be a very lengthy job.
It's easier to live in a fantasy world where the five questions, or
the ten page report or whatever, can be done at the last minute.
Your challenge is to avoid focusing on the product, the answers to the questions.
The product is what triggers the pain that causes you to procrastinate.
Instead, you need to focus on the process or processes.
The small chunks of time you need over days or
even weeks to answer the questions or prepare for tests.
Who cares whether you finish the homework or
grasp the key concepts in any one session

Lifted from a coursera course.

my personal experience is 21/90 rule.

The 21/90 rule states that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change. Is there a new lifestyle change you would like to make? Commit to your goal for 21 days and it will become a habit. Commit to your goal for 90 days and it will become a part of your lifestyle.

Did some pushups... repu count penchudam

good going, slowly increase your count in multiples of 5. 50 a day in threes sets should be more than enough if you don't like to do anything else. Add squats(situp without weights) and planks later on

yeah, it feels really tough when you start. No one can do more than 1 or 2  when starting. Main point is you have to clench your butt and legs to give motion for your upper body to lift. Don't put pressure on your shoulders rather put it on your chest and try to lift it slowly. In a week, you'll get comfortable and will be able to do more
