People who bought their homes at super high in 2007 saw their valies crash by 2010. By 2015-2016 they were back to that prices and mroe than doubled now in most areas that are good residential areas  and have good schools.

Point is even if AMZN is at its peak now, its one of the best. If you have money do SIP. Else invest some, buy more if it goes down. Spread your risk by buying 5 good companies.

most of them turn into ghost town once crash happens

check Michigan dearborn area, it has never recovered back to 2007 levels

Texas is safe but same principle cannot be applied to IL/NJ/NY/CA. these states are done for good

100% buy.

But whatever you plan to invest break it into chunks and buy

Like 50 chunks across 1 year aka weekly buy laaga

That's exactly my point. Invest in Good residential areas.

Even with stocks, not all stocks will come back to its previous highs. But companies with good fundamentals will.
