Canadian here. Depends on what you want to do. Make Canadian dollars and spending in Mexico is good. As long as you have Canadian citizenship you can work and even set up a business in Mexico. Working to make a living in Mexico is difficult relatively. Weather and Col and even food,  Mexico blows out Canada no where near close.

I didn’t know that candaian citizens can work / setup business in mexico.

we can see in future many desis flocking to mexico to avoid 6 months darkness

NAFTA/USCMA  is a tripartite agreement between Canada, US and Mexico. Movement of labour has reciprocity in all three countries, meaning Citizens of one country can work in other two using the same TN route.

You will make somewhere between 4-10x working in US compared to Mexico, which is why Mexicans move to US.

I wouldn't say so, PPP in India can get you way more things than in Mexico. Also, if you're in demand professions in Software 40 LPA packages are not big deal in India these days, same with Specialized doctors, Lawyers and CAs make good money.
