andhrawantstdp Posted March 4, 2024 Report Posted March 4, 2024 Just now, dasari4kntr said: D 50% chances… but C has high probability … you asked the wrong question. people can interpret which ever the way they wants it. if your question says who dies, the answer would be D or C and there are so many logical conclusions for those answers based on weight(mass) etc. you asked worst outcome-- my logical explanation is definitely E -- by killing D or C by pushing the stone E will either go to jail or guilty for rest of his life. As c or d no longer in the picture since they already died Quote
mmharshaa Posted March 4, 2024 Report Posted March 4, 2024 I think none... C will be fine because the weight of the falling object is less than the weight of the stone on the other side so it will not bring the lever down to kill C Quote

summer27 Posted March 4, 2024 Report Posted March 4, 2024 C would experience the worst immediate outcome, stone is directly above him and would likelyfall due to gravity, impacting him directly. B appears to be in the path of the stone once it rolls off the see-saw, but C is in the direct line of potential harm as soon as the stone is pushed. A, D, and E are in less immediate danger from the initial push of the stone, although D might face subsequent danger if the stone continues its path down the stairs. 1 Quote
summer27 Posted March 4, 2024 Report Posted March 4, 2024 D is literally in a tight spot, talk about being between a rock and a hard place! Quote
yogdenon Posted June 16 Report Posted June 16 I got the same answer too, took me a second to spot the pattern. This kind of stuff reminds me a lot of how quick thinking matters in online gaming, especially in fast-paced ones where you have to catch patterns really fast to win. Some puzzles actually feel like mini game rounds, just without the graphics. Makes your brain feel like it's doing a speed run. Quote
