Also, shoplifting, I know some people do it just for the thrill of it not for the money... very scary...

Nope , they just say it to take a higher moral ground but underlying motive for stealing is still money..

eppudaithe Walmart vaadu self checkout kisosk start chesado Inka bhayam perigindi, nenu aithe anni triple check chesukoni sammallu and also like I scanned everything or not, even if its a human error, they consider it as a robbery. so lately I go to a person, not self checkout!

Nope, I experienced it first hand. I had a girl classmate in masters and went out for shopping. She is rich and spends a lot on herself and friends but would steal some petty things, like candies, very less expensive shirts etc. I have stopped going out when she is there....
