Investment apartment to buy with 1.5 cr budget - Near Hi-tech city

Since you said investment - its a terrible idea to invest in 1.5crs property in a depreciating rupee env for 10-12% interest and get 70K in rent. If it is going to be for personal use within the next 5 years it may be OK.

apartment konte price increas avuthundi ani cheppina fellow evaru vaa.. You can sell it if there are no violation in the building if there are then it is not easy to sell it.. Loans ivvatam kastam avuthundi. Also you need to add building depreciation too. Investment is better when you buy it at construction and sell it before the construction completes...

India lo settle ayye plans unte and also someone who you trust to keep property safe and maintain unte proceed ahead, leka pothe best to invest here

Rental yields are also very less in India, 1.5 crs apt ki may be 50-60k vastundi emo, now its 6-7.2 lakhs yearly

assuming you are not paying anything from your pocket for maintenance, the yield is around 6/150 to 7.2/150 = 4 to 4.8% 

If you have plans to retire in India, this is still good despite what people say, if not, selling ki , taxes ki chala money pothayi

Hyd lo full apartments kaali ga unnay bro, It is a bad idea to buy an apartment for 1.5cr and rent it . The price of the apartment will not appreciate, better buy some land with that money and take a loan and construct a house with 5-6 2bhk portions and rent it. Your rent will cover most of the bank emi

show me apartment that didn't appreciate over time in core areas. Also 20% invest chestaru like here.

growing economy like India has more appreciation than USA

The price might appreciate until a certain level and than the price will not go up, where as in case of land the price will appreciate far better

motham hyd lo kadu. check price in areas like gachibowli, kondapur, kokapet.

do you have break up of unsold inventory in those areas.

if you put 1.25 cr in 3 cr apartment under construction, you will get more than 75 lakhs as profit.
