60 lakhs is yielding more than 1 cr profit i.e. 3cr will become 4 cr min

like this people are investing in minimum 3  tier 1 gated projects and earning 1 cr in each project in 4 yrs

so your inevstment is 60*3 = 1.8 cr, profit is 1cr * 3 = 3 cr in 4 yrs

Akkada oka shopping complex undi ippudu rents meede nelaki 10 lakhs ochevi. Alochinchi ika chesedi em Ledu Ani stopped thinking.

now kakatiya hills has got the hype. very decent locality and good connectivity. akkada stand alone building are ranging between 8k-9k

my builder moved to Manikonda as he is not able to afford land in madhapur area

it looks like you have individual houses but not in apartment community ... any way i am happy for you vaa..
