Investment apartment to buy with 1.5 cr budget - Near Hi-tech city

Investment kosam ante already full ga perigina area lo konadam kadu. 
future lo perige chance unna areas lo ippudu koncham reasonable prices lo unna daggara konali. It is not for living right. 

thellapur, nallagandla, kokapet ivi artificial hike chesi sky rocket chesaru so don’t buy in these areas at all. That prices will stay there 

 

check north side or east side. Or ameenpur, pragathinagar chudu. 1.5cr apartment will be biscuit

Plot not safe at all. Buy apartment but don’t buy in saturated pricey areas
