Depends on type of clearance… public trust usually takes two weeks.. verevi time padathayu….

do we need gc for public trust clearance ? what jobs fall under PTC ?

I don’t have so many details but CMS is one of the fed they need basic public trust and they do accept H1’s for contracting.. recent ga edo rule pass ayyundi anta… only GC or USC are allowed to work for fed as contractor or FTE ani.. not sure how many are implementing it…

All fed jobs need minimum public t r u s t. It take 2 -3 weeks and once you start the process will continue and they will come and ask questions if required which is normal
