NJ residents, suggest some good school districts around Edison and West windsor please

one of my friend is moving from different place to NJ and considering these 2 places .

Please suggest good school districts and areas to live/apartments around these 2 places/ Already these 2 places are short listed for him due to other reasons like job and etc.
