Made a bad move by moving to Texas. Looking for alternatives

that is more than 6x the income

3% property taxes are also on the higher end (seen between 1.9 to 2.75 mostly) but lets assume for argument sake its 3% , so its 30,000 dollars per year

Income needed to buy such house should be atleast 1/3rd or 333k , assuming 6% state tax rate savings thats 20k savings in Taxes

1 million home ki other states lo 1% property taxes normal , so adding 10k to 20k savings, it turns out even (same as 30k of property taxes)

Ideally, 150k ante 400-500k home konali

2021-2022 madhyalo most of the people I know bought houses for 500-600k and within 1 yr most of the values shot up to 1mill plus vallu 12-15k katte batch ippudu close to 25-30k property taxes kadutunnaru

homestead can be applied only after 1 yr of complete residence, unfortunately the raise in appraised valued happened within that span for most of the tx austin area homes
