Just buy Treasury t-bills - 3 months - around 5.4%. 

You can buy at treasury.gov or quickly at fidelity or any of your brokers.  

All these banks are ultimately buying these and keeping the change

google or youtube how to buy the bills. 
If you have fidelity or any other brokerage account, it is even easy - google for "Fidelity" + "Treasury bills". If you can't figure out, call their customer support.
