I keep seeing so many posts about savings account and CDs... just buy T-bills or CDs at your brokerage. Don't open savings accounts just for interest

Go to trasurydirect.gov or fidelity.com and look for Fixed investments. Choose treasury bills and buy. Easier than opening savings accounts.

Yeah, it's a government website... bad ux. Go to fidelity or TD ... or call them, they are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable support personnel.
