Missing Rewards in my Target Account

There are more than 500$ in my Target   account , it was used by some other person in Arizona i have his Paypal details through which he used and shipping address, i dont know how he got my User ID and PWD , Target  vodiki phone chesthe we cant do anything ane annadu if needed cal to COPS and complaint they will start investogation ane annadu , will it works ?

it happened for my gf when i loaded to target app..  next day it showed zero.. someone from cali used   ... i sent gift card receipt to target they sent new one..  from then i decided not to scratch gfs until i use

Lekunte protest Infront of target store... I lost my 500$ rewards in of bad cyber attacks ani rayi adi cheese mundu buy target puts... And do it . Nee paisal plus Neku stocks money 

Or go to local news chanel or news paper explain your situation and provide all the details  and give an interview  chalu  buy puts before buying this... You are not the only person who might have effected by this oka pedda chain ga Chala mandi vastaru Neku puts paisal plus 500$  di

I had similar issues in Canada with my cellphone I went to Google than Rogers got very angry wrote a letter to telecom.regaulator in Canada. 2 days lo issue resolved...
