Which city are you planning? My mestri has recruiting team in Tenali. He was saying metro cities lo rents and salaries are too expensive. I asked if he is getting good english speaking ppl in Tenali and he said they speak better than his consultants pillalu here

I think while joining them to team ask them to do video call.

 

And in same ask for adhar card

 

Then send email with whatever the conditions you wanted to mention

 

And ask them to reply as agree

 

Maintain same email thread for your tracking

 

That's the least option you can go with

As a company owner you are responsible for actions of your employee, if they do as part of the job.

Mee employees mee email id enduku use chestharu? Vallaki own id assign cheyyali anokvadamu leda? If they misuse it comes back to employee. If you are planning to run a real company you need to invest some money on email filtering tools etc. You don't need to read every email but you can flag emails based on key words.

I think you need to separate yourself as individual from owner of the company. And you can get insurance for company. Registering a company is easy, running a company is tough.
