San ramon is good area. Kakapothey adhi only residential. Commercial complexes chaala thakkuva.

Look at Danville. 2022 Q4, 4200 SqFt homes with 0.5 acre back yard were sold for $2.5M. Value for money. You cant find those kind of homes anywhere. I am talking about the community opposite country club near BlackHawk.
